AAG UK has completed the acquisition of FMP Motor Factors Ltd & Glaze Auto Parts Ltd. Both are existing members of Groupauto.

FMP operates from four branches in South Wales with sales of c£6.0m and 70 employees.

Glaze operates out of a single branch in Wolverhampton with sales of c£1.2m and 16 employees.
