AAG acquire a 51.3% controlling shareholding in GROUPAUTO Poland

GROUPAUTO Polska (GAP) and Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) are pleased to announce that AAG has entered into an agreement to acquire a 51.3% controlling shareholding in GAP.
